PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for a stud bolt enabling the height position of the locking claws of a pair of elastic locking pieces to be set lower and easily removable from the stud bolt. SOLUTION: This fastener is formed so that the pair of elastic locking pieces 24 extending aslant from near an opening part corresponding to the base side of the stud bolt 2 to the center side of a tip part are formed on the inner wall surface of a first opposed wall part 23 opposed to a locking cylinder 20. The locking claws 25 engaged with the stud bolt 2 are formed on the pair of elastic locking pieces 24. A projected edge 26 for a tool apart a clearance allowing the tip end part P of the tool to be inserted therein from the outer peripheral surface of the stud bolt 2 is extended from the tips of the pair of elastic locking pieces 24 in the state of the locking claws 25 engaged with the stud bolt 2.
