PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that continuous cleaning can not be performed and cleaning unevenness is caused in a cleaning tank in conventional ultrasonic cleaning devices. SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic cleaning device, a long-size material 2 to be cleaned is conveyed by a conveying roller 1, a cleaning tank 3 is fitted on the upper part of the material 2 to be cleaned such that the bottom part of the cleaning tank is brought into contact with the material 2 to be cleaned and an opening 3a is formed in the bottom part of the cleaning tank 3 in contact with the material 2 to be cleaned. Further, a cylindrical ultrasonic vibrator 4 is fitted on the center across the cleaning tank 2, both end parts of the ultrasonic vibrator 4 are inserted into an insertion hole 3b of the cleaning tank 2 and a packing 5 is fitted into the insertion hole 3b so that cleaning liquid does not leak. Furthermore, the oscillation output from an oscillator 6 is applied to the ultrasonic vibrator 4 and a cleaning liquid supply unit 7 is fitted on the upper part of the cleaning tank 2.
