<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle device and a communication device capable of reducing a burden in designing an electronic control unit connected to an in-vehicle LAN arranged on a vehicle, restraining cost and preventing early consumption of a battery, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A processing part 120 used as the electronic control unit to carry out an electronic control process concerning the vehicle and a communication control part 110 to control communication with other devices loaded on the vehicle are separated from each other. The communication control part 110 is furnished with an electric power source circuit 112 to supply electric power supplied from a feeder L1 to the inside and the processing part 120, and an ON/OFF of the electric power supply or communication LSI 113 changes stand-by mode/operation mode over to each other in the case of receiving an electric power change-over signal from an electric power control signal line L3 or the processing part 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
