PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable polyolefin-based laminated film which, as suitable for the use of the labels of PET bottles, is excellent in film stiffness (rigidity at ordinary temperature), resistance to fingerprint whitening, finish after shrinkage, transparency, natural shrinkage and suitability for addition for reclamation, and which can be gravitationally separated with satisfactory precision. SOLUTION: The heat shrinkable polyolefin-based laminated film is proposed which comprises a surface layer (layer S) consisting of a mixed resin composition between a cyclic olefin resin and a polyethylene resin, an intermediate layer (layer L) consisting of a polyethylene resin, and an intermediate layer (layer M) consisting of a mixed resin composition between a cyclic olefin resin and a polyethylene resin and which has a specific gravity of <1.00. Particularly, the one that has a tensile modulus of≥1,200 MPa in the direction orthogonal to the primary shrink direction of the film and that has a heat shrink ratio of≥20% in at least one direction when dipped into 80°C warm water for 10 sec is especially suitable for the use of labels of PET bottles.
