PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge in which the cartridge main body for storing a disk is made thin, backlash is eliminated from the disk, and dust is prevented from adhering to the disk. SOLUTION: The disk cartridge comprises: a disk storage part for storing the disk having 1st and 2nd sides so that the disk is rotatable with the 1st side exposed outside; the cartridge main body including a disk chuck opening part prepared on the bottom part of the disk storage part and a head opening part for performing reproduction and recording on the 2nd side of the disk; and two shutters 21, 22 which open or close the chuck and the head opening part to the outside and are supported so as to be movable between the disk side and the bottom part of the disk storage part and have a hole correspondingly to the center hole of the disk in the closed state, and when the shutters close the chuck opening part and the head opening part, the joining part of the shutters 21, 22 is not positioned on a same straight line.
