PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger enabling the adverse effect thereon by a water condensed on the surfaces of thin tubes to be suppressed. SOLUTION: The heat exchange sheet 40 of the heat exchanger 10 for performing heat exchange between a refrigerant and an air is formed by integrally weaving a plurality of hollow thin tubes 50 allowing the refrigerant to flow therein with a plurality of thin line members 60. The outer surfaces of the thin tubes 50 are brought into contact with the air. The thin tubes 50 and the thin line members 60 of the heat exchange sheet 40 are tilted 5°or more relative to a horizontal plane in the state of the heat exchanger 10 set in an air flow passage.
