PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance capability of a drive shaft of an all terrain vehicle. SOLUTION: In the drive shafts which are equipped for a saddle-riding type vehicle for running on an irregular ground and transmit driving force to wheels via constant velocity universal joints J1 and J2 respectively located at inboard and outboard sides, the outside diameters of an outer ring 12 of the constant velocity universal joint J1 at an inboard side and an outer ring 2 of the constant velocity universal joint J2 at an outboard side are set to be equal, and boots 10 and 11 can be used in common.
