PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking lot with an advertisement function capable of adding a function working as a medium for advertisement to a bicycle parking lot and increasing a value added as merchandise. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking lot 1 installed for parking a bicycle is fixed and formed by such an arrangement that an insertion space of a front wheel is provided between partition pipes 4 adjoining a plurality of partition pipes 4 standing up towards the upper part between two parallel base pipes 3 and 3 at an interval, and an advertisement indication section 2 is provided to the bicycle parking device 1.
