PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic without tackiness having excellent usability such as smooth spreading, adhesion to the skin, etc., excellent in obscuring effect by naturally blurring fine inequalities on the skin such as fine wrinkles and pores and excellent in persistence of the effect, and to provide a method for using the same. SOLUTION: The cosmetic for correction of inequality is blended with a component (a); an organopolysiloxane containing a partially crosslinkable fluoroalkyl group, and a component (b); an organopolysiloxane containing non-crosslinkable fluoroalkyl group.
