PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas barrier film which satisfies oxygen barrier properties, bending fatigue resistance (Gelbo characteristics) and adhesiveness under a high humidity condition and strikes a balance between oxygen barrier properties and adhesiveness under the high humidity condition even after a boil test (treated in hot water of 85°C for 30 min). SOLUTION: The gas barrier film is constituted by forming a resin composition layer, which is composed of an acrylic resin containing 50 wt.% or above of N-methylolacrylamides, a polyvinyl alcohol polymer obtained by copolymerizing an ethylenic copolymer and an inorganic lamellar compound, at least on one side of a thermoplastic resin base material.
