<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain superior image quality over a long period time, while employing a toner supply method. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus of a positive charging non-magnetic one-component contact development method of a cleaner process, by collecting and reusing non-transfer toner with a development apparatus, is provided with a development unit used by additionally supplying the tone by a crushed toner, in which the toner used has been subjected to spheroidization.
