PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a gas turbine engine in which difference with the beforehand instruction value is not excessive when it is self-diagnosed that one of two control systems is abnormal and the other is switched to the calculated instruction value. SOLUTION: The control device for the gas turbine engine is provided with first and second control systems for inputting values outputted from a plurality of sensors for outputting values indicating the operation condition of the engine and calculating the first instruction value of an amount of fuel to be fed to the engine based on the inputted values. The second control system (secondary lane 202) calculates and outputs the second instruction value using the first instruction value (S112) so long as switching instruction from a switching instruction means does not exist.
