PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory abnormal usage detecting device capable of immediately detecting generation of abnormal use of a memory. SOLUTION: In this memory abnormal use detection device 1, a table-setting circuit 3 records, to a memory area securing state recording table 2, identification information showing whether the memory 300 in an area is in a dynamically secured state or in a released state, to an address of the memory area securing state recording table 2 one-to-one, corresponding to an address of the memory 300 on the basis of data on function stop requirement, the head address of the dynamically secured/released area, and its memory size respectively written in a requirement register 31, a head address register 32, and a setting size register 33 from a target CPU 200 according to execution of function operation dynamically securing/releasing the area of the memory 300. After function resuming requirement is written in the requirement register 31, the identification information is outputted through an output control part 4 each time accessing the memory 300.
