PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent remaining hot water in a water storing means from being stirred by descent operation of a water level in a water storage tank which occurs when operating a pump and water level rising operation in the water storage tank by recovered cold water. SOLUTION: A remaining region 10 of hot water is formed in a lower layer region of the water storing means, and a suction port of a pump device and an outlet of a hot-water supply pipe are arranged in the hot-water remaining region to supply hot water to a roof and perform boiler circulation operation simultaneously.
