PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine medium adjustment control method, system and device that controls adjustment by a fraudulent dispensation action. The main control board 700 rejects the adjustment of game machine mediums for a subsequent prescribed period in response to the acceptance of game machine medium adjustment prohibition information. After game machine medium adjustment prohibition information is outputted, the game machine medium adjustment prohibition management device 10 outputs game machine medium adjustment prohibition release information in response to the acceptance of adjustment prohibition cancel information and sent to the main control board 700.
