he invention relates to the confection of a semi-finished tart coming in various tastes (milk chocolate, chocolate mousse, caramel taste) and having a new semi-finished crispy base contained into a package comprising the basic materials for the tart confection. The more important advantage of this new product is the base thereof, which is composed of a praline-and-chocolate mixture enriched, after its preparation, with pieces of roasted waffle; this base is packaged into two envelopes, the tasteful content of which is mixed, ready to be spread on a tart mould. |
