PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working scaffolding easily installed and removed and completely preventing the fall of fragments into a manhole, and a method for easily repairing a manhole neck part using the working scaffolding. SOLUTION: The working scaffolding 1 comprises a supporting shaft 2 provided with a screw 21; a support base 3 having a screw 33 screwed with the screw 21; and a step 4 detachably mounted to the upper end of the supporting shaft 2. The step 4 comprises a plurality of brackets 42 radially projected from a fixed part and suitably expanded/contracted in conformity to the diameter of the manhole neck part 52. In the method for repairing the manhole neck part, a footboard 58 is placed on a bracket 42 after installing the working scaffolding 1 in a manhole body 51, and a filling material 59 is filled between the footboard 58 and the manhole neck part 52.
