<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of downsizing a methane fermentor, preventing the deposition of foreign matters and reducing stirring power, and having an excellent heat balance in the incineration of the foreign matters. <P>SOLUTION: The garbage is sorted from inflammable refuse in a sorter 2, the garbage is solubilized in a solubilization tank 3 to smoothly carry out the methane fermentation of the garbage in the post stage. The solubilized garbage is separated into the garbage separated liquid and dehydrated foreign matter in a solid-liquid separator 4 and after the dehydrated foreign matter causing the increase of the scale of the methane fermentor 5 to be large-sized and the increase of the foreign matter deposition and the increase of stirring power is separated, the garbage separated liquid is methane-fermented in the methane fermentor 5. Digested sludge in the methane fermentor 5 is dehydrated in a dehydrator 7 to form dehydrated digested sludge, the dehydrated foreign matter solid-liquid separated in the solid-liquid separator 4 is fermentation-dried in a fermentation dryer 6 to form fermented dried foreign matter to extremely reduce the water content and by incinerating the fermentaiion dried foreign matter in which water content is extremely reduced and the dehydrated digested sludge, the quantity for the incineration is reduced and calorific value is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
