PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect light reception regardless of the presence of a light reception disturbance member by a light receiving-side body (for example, vehicle). SOLUTION: The vehicle 100 has fender mirrors 10, 11 on its front face, a corresponding switch 3 or 4 is turned on on the basis of a photodetecting signal level where the light receiving disturbance may be generated, as it causes the light receiving disturbance to photodetectors P2, P14 of a band-shaped body 1, thus a light receiving signal of a central light receiver 2 is branched into two to be taken by AND gates 5 or 6.
