The device has a pipe (1) open along its length by a slot (2), and an outgrowth (3) is made in extension of edges of the slot and on both sides of the pipe. Walls of the pipe have certain flexibility in order to connect or spread the edges of the slot. Pin (5) holds a token or a coin, and a line is inserted through ends of the pipe. Base (4) permits to fix the device on a support.
