PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive composition in which electrification of a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet can be prevented upon peeling and staining property on an adherend can be reduced, and an antistatic pressure sensitive adhesive sheet using it. SOLUTION: This pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprises an ionic liquid and an acrylic polymer of an acid value of≤1.0 that contains one or more of an acrylate and/or a methacrylate having a 1-14C alkyl group as a main component.
