PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which is composed not of a prescribed number of terminal members integrated into one piece, but of a necessary number of terminal members installed upright on a plate board, in which an adapter is fitted smoothly, while connecting forms are changed easily. SOLUTION: A plurality of terminal members 31 composing the connector 56 are formed mutually parallel linked by parts of a covering member 33, in rows with a spacing in accordance with a prescribed terminal pitch, then necessary number of pieces are divided with a thin walled part 34 and are inserted into the plate board 35 to be soldered before using. Consequently, lifting or slanting of the terminal members 31 from the plate board 35 becomes hard to occur that occurs in the case they are installed upright individually. By this, fitting of the adaptor 93 can be carried out smoothly, and switching the connecting forms from a first embodiment in which a lead wire is connected to the terminal part 32 to a second embodiment in which the adapter 93 are interposed can be carried out easily.
