PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a game board with certificate stamps collectively disposed in one place in a non-game area. SOLUTION: The Pachinko machine 1 has the game board 7 with a game area 7a in which a plurality of kinds of game parts such as a center ornament 11 and the non-game area 7b located around the game area, and is structured to play games by shooting game balls to the game area 7a. The Pachinko machine 1 also has a certificate stamp holder member 19 for holding certificate stamps 20, 21 and 25-27 on which essential information on the Pachinko machine 1 is described, and a certificate stamp holder member attaching/detaching part 28 mounted in part of the non-game area 7b for attaching/detaching the certificate stamp holder member 19 which should be attached/detached via an engagement hole 29 and an engagement projection 30.
