摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit lapsing into over acceleration state by detecting an abnormality in the acceleration. SOLUTION: In a torque instruction generator 10, an acceleration calculating means 11 calculates the acceleration. A determination means 12 determines whether the acceleration exceeds abnormality detection values in the acceleration. If the acceleration exceeds the abnormality detection values in the acceleration, the abnormality in the acceleration (over acceleration) is determined by the determination means 12, and informed to a control means 13. In the control means 13, since the determination result of the determination means 12 is in the state of the abnormality in the acceleration, a power running controlling is stopped. Torque instructions according thereto are calculated, and outputted to a power converter 30 through a power converter pulse generator 20.
