PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fast switching between a control channel and a data channel at a radio receiver side. SOLUTION: A plurality of sub-carriers 31 is assigned to a data channel 33. Sub-carriers 32 of which the number is smaller than that of the plurality of sub-carriers 31 are assigned to a control channel 34. The control channel 34 is allocated at the center frequency f<SB>C</SB>of a frequency band used for the transmission of the data channel 33. Thereby, on the radio receiver side, frequencies of local signals by which received signals are multiplied can be made common so that fast switchings between the control channels and the data channels can be made.
