PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily openable package equipped with easily openability and sealability, which can always retain a stable easy openability even when a seal slippage occurs, and of which the productivity is favorable as well, to provide a manufacturing method for the easily openable package, and to provide a heat-sealer. SOLUTION: A flange section 25 and a lid member 3 of a multi-layer container 2 form an annular heat-sealing section 255. In the multi-layer container 2, an inter-layer section between an innermost layer 21 and the next layer 22 and after can be separated. On the flange section 25, an inner peripheral side incision 251 and an outer peripheral side incision 252 when required are formed. On the annular heat-sealing section 255 at an unsealing starting section 4 of the flange section 25, an unsealing starting protrusion 255a which protrudes to the external direction more than other parts is formed. Then, the external ends of the annular heat-sealing section 255 continuing in the unsealing advancement direction from vicinities of both sides of the unsealing starting protrusion 255a include a comb tooth like section 253 in the unsealing advancement direction for this easily openable package 1.
