PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that threshed products flowed from the front portion of a threshing chamber to the right side on a shaking separator are combined with returned tailings to cause the imbalance of a separating layer on the shaking separator, thereby causing the shortage of separating air, the lowering in the recovery of grains, and the like. SOLUTION: This shaking separation apparatus equipped with a tailing-treating apparatus for returning tailings on the starting end side of the shaking separator with a conveying means connected to a grain elevator is characterized by mounting a guide plate 2 on the starting end side of the shaping separator 1, disposing a lateral conveyer A projected on the shaking separator 1 side in a posture spanning the guide plate 2, and making the final end portion 3 of the lateral conveyer A having a treating function to face a slope 5 disposed on the guide plate 2.
