PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program failure analysis system capable of easily responding to even an increase in the quantity of program execution history information, and rapidly reporting an analysis result of program execution history, and an analysis method therefor. SOLUTION: This system comprises an information terminal device 1 including at least a program execution means 8 executing a program and a program execution history recording means 12 recording the execution history of the program executed by the program execution means; and a server 20 including at least a program execution history analysis means 23 analyzing the program execution history received from the information terminal device through radio communication. In the event of a failure by program bug, the server transmits analysis information therefor to the information terminal device side, and the information terminal device side reports this by screen display or by voice.
