PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester resin composition having excellent heat resistance, transparency and moldability. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises a polyester resin having 5-60 mol% of a diol unit containing a cyclic acetal skeleton in a diol unit and a polyarylate resin in the ratio of the polyester resin/the polyarylate resin of 2-98 wt.%/2-98 wt.%.
