The procedure is carried out on a carousel machine with a flexible plastic panel that has cut-out triangular flaps (1 - 5) for making triangles of dough from a rolled sheet. The dough triangles, which have at least two thicknesses of dough on each side, are formed into cornets into which a nut-sized ball of filling is injected after each cornet has been opened by a jet of pulsed air delivered by a nozzle. After the balls of filling have been delivered through a blow-pipe by compressed air, the edges of the triangles are stuck down in preparation for frying.
