PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load test device of a passenger conveyor usable simply for a load test in a service life test of the passenger conveyor. SOLUTION: All the steps of the passenger conveyor driven by the steps continuously are removed, and the load test device 10 on which arbitrary load is applied is detachably attached to a part (step shaft) 9 fixing the step to conduct the load test of the passenger conveyor.
