PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device shortening assembling time by reducing a moving distance of an assembling part without increasing the number of devices at the assembling part. SOLUTION: Three of a parts supplying part 2 for supplying various kinds of parts A, B and C, a product carrying part 3 for holding and carrying an assembled object 10 assembled with each part, and an assembling part 4 for taking parts from the parts supplying part 2 and assembling the parts to the assembled object 10, are arranged so that a moving range of the product carrying part 3 may be located on a moving range of the parts supplying part 2, and that the moving range of the assembling part 4 may be located on the moving range of the product carrying part 3. Both of the product carrying part 3 and the assembling part 4 assemble each part to the assembled object, while moving on the circumference with substantially the same position as a center.
