PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microdegassing device capable of eliminating air bubbles contained in a sample in a microreaction device and a microanalysis device more efficiently than ever and simply. SOLUTION: The microdegassing device 1 possesses an introducing part 2 for introducing a liquid, a degassing circuit part 3 for eliminating the air bubbles contained in the introduced liquid and an outputting part 4 for discharging the degassed liquid. The degassing circuit 3 is provided with a flat-face substrate and a long flow passage formed in the surface direction of the inside of the flat-face substrate, and the flat-face substrate forming the upper wall surface and/or the bottom surface of the flow passage is formed of a highly air-permeable material.
