Described are improvements for detecting extracellular anti-protein antibodies of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Said improvements have implemented a sensibility and a specificity higher than those of the techniques currently available on the market, the sensibility increasing from 62.5% to 93.75%, and the specificity from 95% to 100%, thereby overriding the sensibility of the current techniques that is lower than or equal to 60% in different types of tuberculosis such as pulmonary tuberculosis, multi-resistant extrapulmonary tuberculosis (otic, pleural, miliary, renal, etc) and infections related to HIV. The purpose of the aforementioned characteristics is to carry out an opportune and safe diagnosis of an infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
