<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reuse system and reuse method for product capable of performing reuse business in a short period. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a factory-based product master 23 registering products to be repaired for each of a plurality of factories, a factory-based product repairing capability registration DB 25 storing the quantity of each repairable product by factories, a factory information master 24 storing area identification numbers (e.g., postal code) of the plurlaity of factories, and a management server 21 accepting a repair of product from a PC 10 of a customer through a public communication network 12. The factory-based product master 23 is retrieved by using a product inputted from the customer as a key to extract factories for performing the repair of the product, and the factory-based product repair capability registration DB 25 is retrieved by using an area identification number inputted by the customer as a key to select a repairable factory in an area close to the customer from the extracted factories, and information for the name and address of the selected factory is transmitted to the PC 10 of the customer, whereby the customer can print a slip of home-delivery service by a printer 11 by use of the factory name and address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
