PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic and an aqueous solution which are highly safe for human body and a fishery product, and environment-friendly, by requiring no highly toxic formaldehyde, and a culture method of a fishery product therewith which is easy to practice. SOLUTION: This method in which sea water 11 is reserved in a water vessel 10, and a ceramic 1 and an aqueous solution 2 are introduced, and the open part of the water vessel 10 is covered with a light shielding sheet 12 to shield the light. After leaving for 24 hours under the condition, a yellowtail 13 is introduced and let them swim for 30 to 40 minutes in the water vessel 10 under the same condition, then the yellowtail 13 is returned to a fish preserve with a scooping net. If the fishery product is cultured using a ceramic containing "GIHENSEKI"(R) (quartz stone powder produced at Takachiho-cho, Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan) and an aqueous solution, immunity to diseases is improved and sterilization with chemicals is not required and, therefore, safety to human body and a fishery product can be improved.
