<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a lattice-like substrate structure by using steady braces. <P>SOLUTION: The building substrate structure is formed by penetrating a number of the steady braces 2, 2 into a number of metallic square cylinders 1, 1 arranged at predetermined intervals, to bear the same. According to the building substrate structure, an interval D<SB>2</SB>between the steady braces 2, 2 is set to a value almost the same as an interval D<SB>1</SB>between the metallic square cylinders 1, 1, and studs 14, 14 are attached to each of the steady braces 2, 2 at locations between the metallic square cylinders 1, 1 so as to be flush with the metallic square cylinders 1, 1.
