<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snare drum which does not require tension adjustment in reattaching snare wires after removing the snare, and can facilitate the work to attach/detach the snare to/from the drum. <P>SOLUTION: The snare drum, having a frame 6 for holding gut and a frame attachment mechanism 10 for detachably attaching the frame 6 to the surface of a lower head 4, is provided with a switching side connecting shaft 65, and a stationary side, connecting shaft 65 across the opposite ends of the frame 6 and the frame attachment mechanism 10, is provided with members 122 and 123 to be latched of a shape to enable both shafts 65 and 67 to be latched to each other. As a result, attachment/detachment of the frame to/from the lower side of the frame 6 can be performed, by the simple operation of merely latching both shafts 65 and 68 to the members 122 and 134 to be latched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
