PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder stiffness relieving pillow allowing a user to always easily use the pillow and to actually feel the effects of the pillow. SOLUTION: Both sides of the pillow are raised to form a difference in level from a flat part. The user, lying on the back, puts the head at the center of the pillow, raises both arms above the head, and lowers the tips of hands of both arms to the floor.
