<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional mask without a gap between a peripheral edge part of the mask and a skin. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional mask comprises a main body 10A of the mask and a sheet cup 20 adhered to the inside of the main body of the mask, and both members are formed by placing an air-permeable unwoven fabric symmetrically. The main body of the mask is made of a highly stretchy unwoven fabric and has a cover part 14 formed for covering an area around a mouth and nares and ear loop parts 13 formed at prescribed positions at both right and left ends of the cover part. The sheet cup is made of a less stretchy unwoven fabric, has a shorter vertical length than that of the cover part, and covers the nares and the mouth, and highly stretchy band parts 18, 19 are sectioned and formed between the sheet cup and the cover part. A pair of right and left reinforcing pieces 23, 24 made of a flexible and non-elastic synthetic resin material formed into a reed shape are adhered to upper parts of the right and left nostrils with a distance D at an upper end part of the sheet cup.
