PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a floor, which can enhance the constructibility of formation and construction of a floor and which can suppress the appearance of a gap between the adjacent floor materials. SOLUTION: A bottom piece 4 of a mounting implement 1, which is fixed onto a substrate 2 of a floor slab, a floor joist, etc., is arranged over butt parts of adjacent floor materials. Side pieces are each protrusively provided in the state of being inclined from both ends of the bottom piece 4 in the upward direction of being separated from the butt parts of the adjacent floor materials 3. Pawl parts 6 are provided in such a manner as to protrude from leading ends of the respective side pieces 5 in the direction of being directed to the butt parts of the adjacent floor materials 3. An inclined plane 9, which faces the downward direction of being separated from the butt parts of the adjacent floor materials, is formed in a recess 8 which is provided in a recessed state on the undersurface of the floor material 3. An engaging recess 10, which is recessed toward the butt parts of the floor materials 3, is formed at the upper end of the inclined plane 9. The pawl part 6 is hooked on the engaging recess 10 and locked to it, while the respective side pieces 5 of the mounting implement 1 are brought into elastic contact with the inclined planes 9 in the recesses 8 of the respective adjacent floor materials 3.
