PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance substrate and a resistance element with stable quality without raising manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A printed circuit board 30 is provided with a substrate 30a made of an insulation material, a resistance pattern 31 formed on the substrate 30a, and a connection pattern 32 formed on the substrate 30a and electrically connecting the resistance pattern 31 and a core wire 4 for external connection. The connection pattern 32 has a connection part 32a crossing an extended direction of the core wire 4 and a connecting part 32c connecting the connection part 32a and the resistance pattern 31.
