The assembly has a cover (120) placed on an upper opening (110a) of a dust collecting tank (110) with a hole to suck outside air into the tank. A lever has a projection extending towards an inner side of the cover to slide while being in contact with an inclined guide (114) such that the cover is in tight contact with the tank. A filter (130) is immovably kept at a level of a filter mounting part. The lever is fixed on an outer edge of the cover. The inclined guide is made near a circumferential surface of the tank for guiding the projection of the lever.
