A derivative of monocyclic 4-(aminomethyl)piperidine banzamide with formula (I) where: R1> refers to methoxyl; R2> refers to an atom of hydrogen, methyl or methoxyl; R3> refers to an atom of hydrogen or chlorine; R4> refers to a atom of hydrogen or methyl; R5> refers to an atom of hydrogen; L refers to C3-C6cycloalkyl; C2-4alkyl; propenyl; C1-C2alkoxyC2-3alkyl; C1-C2alkoxyC2-3alkyl substituted with a hydroxyl group; cyanopropyl; methyl-carbonyl-propyl; ethoxy-carbonyl-propyl; di-propyl-amino-carbonyl-propyl; pyrrolidinyl-carbonyl-propyl; tetra-hydrofurylC1-C3alkyl; 6-oxy-3-chloro-pyridazinyl-C2-C3alkyl; ethyl substituted with a radical with the formula (c-4); propyl substituted with a radical with the formula (c-1), where R13> refers to ethyl; ethyl substituted with a radical with the formula (c-3), where R13> refers to ethyl; methyl-sulphonyl-aminoethyl; 2-methyl-1,3-dioxol-2-ylo-propyl; oxano-C1-C2alkyl; or di-oxalan-methyl; its stereochemical isomeric form, N-oxide form or a pharmaceutically acceptable additive salt with an acid or base.
