FIELD: sports, in particular, arm wrestling exercising equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: exerciser has semi-circular drum fixed on shaft extending transverse to table surface. Pallet suspended to drum on cable is adapted to be loaded. Spring with handle is secured on drum. Sportsman grips handle to pull it toward himself and to the side to thereby rotate drum and bend spring. Spring rigidity is increased by reducing its length with the help of clamp.
