FIELD: metallurgy; actuating components made from memorized-shape effect alloy. ^ SUBSTANCE: actuating component includes many wires made from memorized-shape effect alloy of many different diameters which are combined in bundle for increase of output force. Bundle has initial and deformed state; after heating, it restores its initial state creating the output force. Bundle consists of many strands made of many wires of different diameters. Method of making the bundle includes making wires, forming the bundle and subjecting the bundle to heat treatment for obtaining deformed state. Prior to heat treatment, interference is formed in bundle. ^ EFFECT: increased output force without impairment of elasticity of memorized-shape effect of material; improved connection of materials. ^ 18 cl, 21 dwg
