The device has right and left turn signal lamps (7) and a stoplight (8) that are inserted into a seat cover of a harness. The cover has a high frequency receiver (6) to communicate with a transmitter placed in a vehicle. The transmitter sends a signal to the receiver, when a motorcyclist applies brake or supports on right/left lamp, to light right/left lamp, or stop light and to allow driver to have signals in his field of vision.
