The sledge has a ski with lateral cuts of concave, elliptical or parabolic shapes. An elevated seat (2) is integrated to the ski. Distance between upstream and downstream edges at the level of the seat is closer than that of the pelvis of a user who can hold his/her feet on cavities (6) at the end of the ski. A gap under the seat permits inclination of the seat for stopping or turning. Handles (3) are situated on sides of the seat.
