<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logic plate for a device in a fuel cell generation system, easy to assemble, safe and capable of miniaturizing the device by building complicated pipes, partial components and wires in the plate. <P>SOLUTION: The logic plate 1 having two plates 2, 3 joined together comprises device structural equipment 22, 23 arranged on the surface of the logic plate 1 and a groove 8 formed as a fluid passage in the joined face of the plate 2, the groove 8 connecting the equipment 22, 23 to each other.
