PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materializes acceleration torque control in response to a valve stroke. SOLUTION: By a load sensing valve device A comprising a control valve 3, a meter-in-type pressure compensation valve 4 and a bleed-off-type flow control valve 5 with pressure compensation, motor flow control is executed in accordance with a valve stroke and load pressure. In a load sensing control system for controlling a pump flow rate in accordance with load pressure, the load pressure detection line 6 is connected to a tank T through the medium of a throttle 9 so that increase in motor pressure is made slow with respect to increase in the valve stroke.
